Where do I start ! We chose Louise to look after our beautiful mams funeral after she was highly recommended. Louise was there for all of us from day one . She looked after us from start to finish and nothing was too much trouble . She’s such a beautiful caring person . It felt like it was a family member looking after our mam. From the moment we met her we felt relaxed like a big weight had been lifted off our shoulders. When it came to our mams last goodbye everything was perfect we didn’t have to worry about a thing as Louise had everything in order. She was kind caring and very professional. She loves her job and you can really tell . I would highly recommend Louise to look after your loved ones . She’s amazing.

I cannot recommend Louise highly enough. She handled my mother’s funeral with outstanding compassion, warmth, and sensitivity when I was incredibly vulnerable and dealing with PTSD. I was very introverted at the time, yet Louise was so kinf. She regularly checked on my welfare and made my family feel truly cared for. What meant the most was how attentive she was in making sure my mum looked just like I remembered her. She styled her hair exactly the way my mum always loved to have it, and when I viewed her for the last time, Louise guided me through it in the most reassuring, gentle way, turning a painful moment into something peaceful and dignified. She is professional, friendly, and genuinely lovely. Her thoughtful approach made an unbearable time feel a little easier. If you need someone who truly goes above and beyond with empathy and care, Louise is exceptional. Thank you, Louise, from the bottom of my heart.

Words can’t really describe how grateful we are for everything Louise did for our Mum, treating her with respect and dignity. She went above and beyond to ensure that Mum had the sendoff she deserved. From our first meeting with Louise we knew Mum was in the best hands. Louise made our family part of her family. She is kind, caring and very professional in all she does. Nothing was too much trouble for her and she is always available for support during a very sad time. On the day of Mum's funeral everything went to plan thanks to Louise, her team and Ian. Thank you Louise for everything.

I used Louise when my dad passed away in December. She was amazing throughout the whole process!! This was the first funeral I've had to arrange so needed my hand holding throughout the process which Louise was happy to do. My sister & I cannot thank Louise enough for everything she has done for us these past few months. The care, compassion and respect Louise showed towards our Mum has brought us a lot of peace and comfort.
